Terms of Service

Sixthview is a restaurant operations platform for managing orders, kitchen, floor, menu, staff and related workflows across sales channels. We may add, change or remove features from time to time to improve the Services.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account.
• You must keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
• You are responsible for the users, staff and roles you create and the permissions you grant them.

• Paid plans are billed per outlet on the cycle stated at sign-up. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST), which you are responsible for.
• Unless required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing prospectively; we will give reasonable notice of changes affecting your plan.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or related systems.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by law.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Use the Services to send communications in violation of applicable law or without required consents.

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Services (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and use Customer Data solely to provide, secure and improve the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents for the Customer Data you provide.

The Services may integrate with third-party products (for example payment gateways and POS/aggregator platforms such as Petpooja, Swiggy or Zomato). Those services are provided by third parties under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or acts. Your use of an integration is at your discretion.

The Services, including all software, design, and content (excluding Customer Data), are owned by Urbanbarrow Pvt Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urbanbarrow Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Urbanbarrow Pvt Ltd and its officers, employees and agents from claims, damages and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your Customer Data, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Services in a way that risks harm or legal liability. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where changes are material, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable law, the courts at [City], India, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
